Non-prescription Avulux lenses — including Avulux, Avulux Adapt, and Avulux Atlas — are returnable within 60 days of your ship date, whether or not they have Anti-Reflective (AR) coating. AR coating does not affect returnability, even though it comes standard on Adapt and Atlas.

All prescription lenses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of lens type — including original Avulux. If you have an issue with a prescription order, please contact our support team directly and we'll be happy to help.

If your lenses were mounted into your own frame (send-in-your-frames), they are final once cut and cannot be returned — this applies whether the lenses are prescription or non-prescription.

60 days allows for ample time to test Avulux lenses in different lighting and scenarios, or to exchange frames, to confirm you're happy with the glasses.
