To exchange for the same frame but another color
To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal and provide the following information:
Avulux Web Order Number: (e.g. AVLX1234)
Shipping Zip Code: (e.g. 33111)
Choose exchange for another color, then continue along with the prompts. At the completion of the return process, you will receive instructions and a shipping label.
To exchange for a different frame (non-prescription only)
To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal and provide the following information:
Avulux Web Order Number: (e.g. AVLX1234)
Shipping Zip Code: (e.g. 33111)
Please complete all steps until you come to "Select Refund Type." When available, choose "Store Credit."
At the completion of the return process, you will receive instructions and a shipping label.
Once your original glasses arrive to our location and are inspected, your store credit will be authorized and you can purchase a new frame.
Prescription orders
Prescription lenses cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have an issue with a prescription order, please contact our support team directly and we'll be happy to help.
