What is your return and shipping policy?

The easiest way to pick the right frame is to use our virtual try-on. We also have a size guide that can guide you in finding the right sized frames for you.

How do I pick the right frame?

You should have received an email from info@avulux.com after purchasing your Send in Your Frame order (please check your spam folder if you're not seeing it). If you did not receive it, please reach one of our customer service agents.

Instructions for Avulux in your Frame

Exchanges are free. However, there is a $10 shipping fee deducted from returns for refund.

While rare, any glasses returned to us with damaged frames or lenses are subject to a restock fee, you may read more here.

Why did I not get a full refund? 

If you have an FSA or HSA account, you may use your card at checkout.

We do not bill insurance through our system, but it's possible you may have Avulux covered by requesting reimbursement from your insurer.   

Each policy is individualized, so it's worth reviewing your policy for medical device coverage or for eyewear/vision coverage. 

We also recommend contacting your insurer's customer service as they're often able to give you this information.

Are these covered by insurance? 

Note: Processing time for non-rx/non-custom orders is 1-2 business days, in addition to shipping time. 

Rx/Custom order processing time is 7-14 days, in addition to shipping time.
